- Active participation required – Design Day success depends on your timely responses during our session. I suggest checking for messages every 1-2 hours to keep things moving.
- You can schedule your Design Day within 90 days of purchase, but it does need to be used within that window
- 3-day rescheduling notice required to move your session
- No refunds – but sessions are transferable with proper notice
- Additional costs – premium fonts, stock photos, or hosting will be billed separately with your approval
- Project scope limits – best for 3-6 focused tasks, not 20+ small items
- Content responsibility – you provide copy and content, I handle design and setup unless otherwise discussed
- 7-day support – I’ll fix any issues or answer questions about what we worked on during your Design Day, but new features or additions require separate booking.
